About Enchanted Vacation Properties:
Enchanted Vacation Properties has several vacation rental properties located
throughout the North Shore and we have been managing these properties for three
years. Our sister company, The Sky’s The Limit, has been located in North Lake
Tahoe for over 8 years doing home maintenance and cleaning.
We have a full staff and our office is open daily with a 24-hour emergency number for
guests. We have a website; enchantedvacationproperties.com, through which guests
can view our rental homes. We have up to six color photos of each property along with
a detailed description. We are constantly updating our site to keep it fresh and keep
our presence high on the search engines. We advertise our properties on four different
websites, including our own which allows us to have a fantastic web presence. The
vast majority of our clients find us on the web, so we have placed most of our
advertising resources into website development.
We track all of our Guests Comments and report to all of our homeowners a summary
of comment cards from guests staying at your home.
We have very high standards for all of our properties. We represent only quality, well
maintained vacation homes to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. We
work one on one with our clients and our guests for a lasting relationship; we are not a
large "corporate" business, but rather a smaller company with a personal touch.
